Under the public sector development program ( PSDP) in Gilgit-Baltistan, the budget is only 6 billion rupees, while the projects cost are more than 84 billion rupees. It will take more than a decade to complete the projects with a budget of 84 billion rupees and the cost of the projects will increase manifold with the passage of time.
