According to experts, 90% of accidents are due to negligence of the driver. Only 10% of accidents occur due to technical errors. Technical issues can include road design, weather effects including brake failure. Experts further say that by following the directions and warnings written on the roads, accidents can be reduced to a great extent. If a place has a speed limit of 30 km per hour and a car is driven at a speed of 80 km per hour, then an accident is certain. Failure to follow instructions is also one of the main causes of accidents. Public transport drivers should not be allowed to drive for more than 8 hours out of 24 hours but unfortunately such rules are not enforced at all.
